Lower Level Corner Seating
Like neighboring sideline seats, the corner sections are gigantic and can contain more than 60 rows of seats. Sections G, H and I are notorious for being directly in the sun and are typically reserved for students and the band.
Rows 30 and higher will give you a better view of the field than being down close. For best views of the scoreboard, avoid G-I and O-Q.
Sections Z13-Z15 are typically given to opposing team fans.
Lower Level Endzone Seating
Endzone seating in the lower level is the cheapest way to get close to the field. These seats are usually pretty full of loud Vols fans cheering on their team in the red zone. Sections Y6-Y10 will give you the best view of the scoreboard, though you'll be close to visiting fans in sections Z13-Z15.
Lower Level Sideline Seating
Lower Level Sideline seats at Neyland Stadium are the largest sections in the stadium. Sections have more than 60 rows with up to 30 seats in each row.
Sections R-W are on the Tennessee sideline, making them one of the most popular seating choices among Vols fans. The first 13 rows in these sections are new chairback seats.
Rows 1-28 on the east side of the field are below the tunnel entrance. Rows 30 and above are above the entrance and have comfortable views of the field.
Sit in Sections R-W to have the sun at your back and Row 50 or higher to be under cover.
Upper Level Corner Seating
The corner endzones at Neyland Stadium are like night and day. The XX and ZZ seats on the North side of the stadium have a good view of the videoboard and Rows 1-2 and 13 and higher are stadium chairs with backs. Meanwhile, the other side of the field can't see the scoreboard and is usually designated for visiting fans. Sections GG-II, in particular, are directly in the sun and usually given to visiting team fans.
Upper Level Endzone Seating
Sections YY6-YY10 are some of the best cheap seats at Neyland Stadium. Most seats in these sections have backs on them (instead of bleachers), and all seats have a wonderful view of the scoreboard. Don't sit too high, though, as Rows 20 and higher often struggle to see all of the action in the nearest endzone due to the angle of the section.
Sections JJ-NN are among the worst seats at Neyland, given their exposure to the sun, lack of chairbacks and proximity to visiting fan seating.
Upper Level Sideline Seating
Sections AA-FF are the only upper level seats on the sideline that are not club seats. Sitting in these sections is the cheapest way to get a midfield view. Sections CC and HH hug the 50 yardline and have a great view of the Vol sideline.

Best Seats for Great Views of the Field
Despite being one of the largest college football stadiums in the country, Neyland Stadium does a great job separating itself from the traditional mega-sized football venues. Unlike most large stadiums, the second deck hangs over the lower level and brings the cheap seats closer to the field. Additionally, the well-placed concourses assure that fans don't have to stray too far from their seats to track down amenities.
Overhanging Second Deck
Some of our favorite seats at Neyland Stadium are those in sections AA-FF and the Tennessee Terrace. The front rows of these sections hang over about 15 rows of the lower level, which makes them much closer to the field than fans expect. Consider the first 12 rows of sections AA-FF or rows A-G in the Terrace sections for outstanding views and to be just below the section entrance. Just keep in mind that section AA-FF are on the sunny side of the field and will be among the last seats to be shaded.
Although the front rows of these preferred sections aren't under cover, they do create coverage for the sections below. Nearly all lower level sections have at least ten rows of covered seating. When looking at tickets in these covered sections, know that the last 5-7 rows are tucked deeply under the overhang and may limit your view of some plays and of the videoboard. We recommend rows 34-50 in sections R-W and rows 34-60 in sections A-F for the best overall experience.
Easy Concourse Access
Another impressive aspect of Neyland Stadium is the generous placement of the section tunnels. Some of the country's larger stadiums force you to enter sections at the bottom or top row and then make you traverse 50 or more rows to your seats. Want to grab a snack or drink? It might end up costing you half a quarter.
Most entrances at Neyland are in a middle row, which makes it easy to get to and from the concourse. Many lower level sections also have an entrance near the top row to make trips even shorter. While these tunnels won't improve your view (in many cases fans crowd the tunnel and block the view of fans nearby), their ease of access will get you back to your seat faster so you don't miss much of the game.

- What do skyboxes at Neyland Stadium include?
The Neyland Stadium Skyboxes sit high above the action on the East and West sides of the stadium. While the view from these seats leave a lot to be desired, the amenities of the skybox compensate nicely:

Chairback seating can be found in the upper seating tier of Neyland Stadium, in the premium East and West Clubs, all Tennessee Terrace sections (T1-T7), and in Rows 1-2 and 13 and higher in sections at the north endzone (XX1-XX5, YY6-YY10, ZZ11-ZZ15).
