“Crap! I forgot to draw Alia’s microphone. Again.”
Hello, my name is Terra Stardroid.
No, no–not him. That’s Tomahawk Man.
No, not him either. That’s that weird lion-like Maverick from Ikehara Shigeto’s X manga.

Congratulations, Bloodione and Luxione! The Order Breakers are no longer the most obscure thing on this site!
I’m the one with the green hair. From that Game Boy game. You know, the one no one remembers.
No, not MMVI.
*sigh*
Seriously though, I’m Terra. All of this started ages ago when playing through MMV when it first came out. I had been a fan for awhile at that point, though there wasn’t any character in particular to associate/obsess with. Except Proto Man, but I’m female so that’s to be assumed. Then this game came along. Can’t say what it was that hooked me: if it was the goofy story, the character designs, or simply the fact that these Robot Masters didn’t have “man” in their name (an important detail–the internet is confusing enough without fangirls running around calling themselves Toadman_69).
Anyway, there he was: the world’s deadliest drain clog. You and me, baby. We’re going to make such a tacky music together. Now please stop lasering me in the face. I need to save these E-tanks for Sunstar.
Fast forward to college–back when making your own web page was just becoming all the rage. My friends at the time were all equally nerdy as myself and even though their interests were different they still knew a lot about the MM series, so on a whim I dew up Bass’ Yellow Dress (a play on a then-current in-joke). It was a hit.
You can guess the rest. I found a site to upload to and kept on drawing (it beat the pants off studying). Made some friends. Had some laughs. Learned new ways to publicly humiliate myself.
A good deal all around.
A lot of things have changed over the years. The site…the art…hopefully for the better. There’s isn’t half the time there was in college, but I certainly plan to keep at this for some time to come. It’s just too much fun.
Huh, that kind of came out sounding rather dignified.

There. Much better.
Ciao!
