Chapter 1: Little Date

Of the cards so far, this has been the hardest to make a digital version of. It took awhile, but this works. Like most of the cards though, I think the hard copy looks much nicer.
Been goofing around with watercolors. It’s become trendy lately to make fan-based tea blends, so I used these as labels. Don’t know if this will be a whole series like with the ponies or not. Probably though.
There would be a little warning here about suffering through bad art, but you’re already on this site.
My second entry for the 25th Anniversary collaboration was originally just the lone pantheon hunter up front. Originally my idea was a bit more complicated (go figure), but things came down to the wire and I had to really prune things down to get the entry done on time. Even then, the entry was technically a few hours late. Still, it turned out nice and it was fun to be able to participate in this sort of event.
Like with the Sunstar pic, it might be fun some time to go back and draw what I originally had in mind. Have to admit, though, copy and paste really suits the pantheons.
Go figure.
